The Waterhead Hotel is our lake base on Coniston water and offers a fabulous place to stay nestled below the Coniston mountains and right on the lakeshore.  You can walk into the village for coffees, shopping and beers as well as being able to go Canoeing or do Archery on the doorstep.  Other great winter activities include Mountain Biking, Scrambling, Abseiling and Rock Climbing.  Sailing will also be available in March.

canoeingActivity sessions for only £1 during Half Term

The sessions will take place in Coniston and are available for only £1 per person to anyone who would like to take part.

The sessions will be delivered by trainee instructors who have been following our intensive outdoor instructor course, preparing them for working as outdoor instructors. Sessions will also be supervised by experienced instructors.

We have Canoeing and Kayaking activity sessions and Guided Walks available for £1 per person from Monday 13th February 2012 and throughout the week. All we ask is that sessions must be booked onto in advance and that anyone under 18 is accompanied by an adult.  Ring or book online here.
