Very friendly but the tutor was late on the first session

Just what I wanted and very well matched to the people on the course. this ranged from 3 ladies over 50 to a family with 2 children and a lady over 60! the pitch seemed just right. Everyone was included and learned technique and information about sailing.

Will was brilliant- he was fun to be with, was safety aware/ conscious all the time and provided an excellent balance of instructing, guiding and having fun! He was particularly good at giving me (a not so confident individual) the confidence to believe in what I was doing but he was on hand if I needed help – great balance achieved. Please send him our best wishes and thanks for a great day!! I will certainly recommend him and your organisation to others

Matt the instructor was excellent and provided us a really safe and enjoyable experience. The only improvement I can suggest is that the abseil proved too much of a challenge for our two 9 year old boys – a smaller pitch to start with might have helped them get going.

Dear All.

Thank you so much for our gorge walk and canoeing with you on the 8/7/14. I went with my brother and sister and had a really fantastic time. I just wanted to stress how great Will was as a guide. He covered all safety aspects carefully and seriouslly, had a wealth of local and geological information, gave us space to muck around, was sensitive to our needs and even joined in with the frivolity. A big thank you to him and the team that backs him up and all who produce this experience.

Although I live in Italy if ever I hear of someone going to the Lake District I will reccomend that they contact you.

5- easy to use, although I remember being slightly confused at the booking process as to how the activities would run. This however was explained in great detail after the booking process by way of email.

5 – again really simple to book and any queries I did have were answered very quickly. My only negative would be that at times the directions could be hard to follow on the emails. I personally would have found more step by step directions slightly easier to follow. They did the job though and we didnt get lost.

 5 – excellent! Both instructors were fab!

5 – no complaints. Not necessarily the cheapest activities around however I strongly believe that you get what you pay for and RDMH clearly have excellent instructors, indepth knowledge and great kit and equipment.

Can only speak highly of our time with RDMH. We will definitely be coming back next year and will recommend them to anyone we know who is visiting the area.
