For my sister's hen weekend 10 of us stayed at the Lowick School Bunkhouse and went gorge walking with RDMH. It was a fantastic experience, and enjoyable even for a nervous novice. Johan and Bob were great when I was finding the gorge challenging, and I'm certain I wouldn't have been able to climb the waterfall without their calm reassurance. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

I booked Ghyll Scrambling for 18 lads (including one who was fully blind) on a Stag party and from start to finish RDMH were excellent. Their booking process and communication was excellent throughout so we didn't have any issues. On the actual day the instructors were exceptional and made the whole experience fun, challenging and rewarding - Ghyll Scrambling is also a great way to get rid of hangover! The one member of our party who was blind was very positive, determined and ready to take on all the challenges - he was looked after by the RDMH team and managed to complete the whole course at Tilberthwaite including scaling the waterfall which was a testament to the staff - along with his positive attitude. Overall RDMH were a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to do activities in the Lake District.
